MIXED VEGGIES PARATHA



INGREDIENTS:

 


Wheat flour

 1 cup

Salt

Pinch

Water

As required

 

 


Veggies(beans, carrot,peas. )

1cup

Paneer(grated)

½ cup

Cumin powder

½ tsp

Garam masala powder

½ tsp

Chilli powder

1/2 TSP

Coriander leaves(finely chopped)

Few

Chaat masala powder

½ tsp

Salt

As reruired

 

Method:

For dough

First in a big bowl mix wheat flour add pinch of salt and water( approx.1/2 cup) and make a dough and keep it  for rest. dough should not be so soft.

FILLING:

Boil the veggis in micro-oven  (not paneer) for 5 mins with little salt and drain  the water , if needed squeeze out extra water and smash it well.

Take a bowl  transfer the boil veggis add  all spices  with  required salt and now add paneer  and mix  well

Make a small balls out of it and keep separately.

Paratha :

Take chappathi dough  make even size balls out of it,

Now take one ball flatten slightly with rolling pin.

Now stuff with filling ball and close carefully and seal it.

Now with rolling pin roll it care fully  without tearing,roll it upwards .

Now in a tawa   place the paratha and when it comes golden spots turn to next side , apply oil  and press slightly  with wooden spatula and flip it. Filp it now and then so than paratha will cook evenly .

Serve hot with raitha&pickle or tomato chutney.
 

 

Note:

I used frozen veggis. If you are using fresh veggis boil it some  more time.

If  needed you can add potato also.
The above propotion  will give  6 parathas.
