Chocolate chip cookie


Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter - 1 stick or 1 cup(room Temp)
All purpose flour - 1 1/3 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Light brown sugar - 1/4 +1 tbs
Sugar - 1/4 +1 Tbs
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 large
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chip - 1 cup


Method:


Pre heat the oven at 375 F



  • In a large bowl add the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and set aside.
  • Beat the butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, egg for 2 -3 mins till its creamy.
  • Now gradually beat the flour mixture.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir it.
  • Using a scoop (small) or 2tbp measure and drop the cookie dough about 3 inch apart.
  • Bake it for 10-15 mins until it turns golden brown and cool it.

Baked potato

Ingredients:


 Potato - 2 big
Onion - 1
 Mushroom - 5
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt & pepper - for taste
Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbs




Method:
  • Finely Chop the onion, mushroom and garlic.
  •  Pre heat the oven at 400 f
  •  Wash the potato, using a fork,prick the skin of the potato and fold it in the foil and bake it for 1 hour.
  •  Meanwhile in a hot pan add oil, onion , garlic and fry. Add salt & pepper for flavour.
  • Then add the chopped mushroom and cook until its golden.
  • Remove the potato's from the oven and cut in to two halves.
  • Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the potato leaving a thick border.
  • Mix the potato flesh to the gravy.
  • Place the potato's in the baking sheet, now fill it with the gravy and add the cheese.
  • Bake it for 15-20 mins till the cheese turns golden.

Vanilla cupcake

Ingredients:
Butter - 1 stick(room temp)
Sugar - 2/3 cup
Egg - 3
Vanilla extract - 1tsp
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1 cup





Method:


Pre heat the oven at 350 F



  • In a seperate bowl sieve and mix the flour, baking powder and salt and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, beat the butter and sugar using the hand mixer.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beat well at each time.
  • Now add venilla extract and beat it few seconds
  • With a mixer at a low speed, alternatively add flour mixture and milk. Beat it for 2 mins till fine batter is formed.
  • Now line up 12 cups with paper liners.
  • Evenly fill the cup with the batter and bake it for 20-25 mins.
  • to check whether the cupckes are ready insert the toothpick, comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and cool it for 20mins.
