Ingredients:
Potato - 2 big
Onion - 1
Mushroom - 5
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt & pepper - for taste
Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbs
Method:
Potato - 2 big

Method:
- Finely Chop the onion, mushroom and garlic.
- Pre heat the oven at 400 f
- Wash the potato, using a fork,prick the skin of the potato and fold it in the foil and bake it for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile in a hot pan add oil, onion , garlic and fry. Add salt & pepper for flavour.
- Then add the chopped mushroom and cook until its golden.
- Remove the potato's from the oven and cut in to two halves.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the potato leaving a thick border.
- Mix the potato flesh to the gravy.
- Place the potato's in the baking sheet, now fill it with the gravy and add the cheese.
- Bake it for 15-20 mins till the cheese turns golden.
