Panner-peas Pinwheels


Ingredients:
Store bought puff pastry sheets---1(thraw it as per instructions on the back of the packet)
water----little for pasting


Fillings
Paneer----1cup(shredded)
peas------1/2 cup
cumin powder--1 tsp
green chillis---2
garam masala---1/2 tsp
amachur powder--1tsp
turmeric powder--pinch
chilli powder----1 tsp
oil-------1tsp
salt------as per taste

Method:
  • First in a bowl mix all the ingredients in the above filling list except oil. .
  • Take a kadai add oil
  • when oil becomes hot saute the paneer mix  for 2 minutes and switch off the stove.
  • now  take one full pastry sheet(don't tear it)
  • fill the paneer mix  fully leaving the edges, all 4 sides.
  • now apply or brush the water in the edges and roll the stuffed sheet from down to up.(roll it tightly)
  • now  cut the roll into slices for 1/4 inch.
  • take a tray line up the pinwheels and keep it in the oven of 350 degree F  and bake it for 15mins or till it become golden.


Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.


U can add vegetables/peas/apinach instead of paneer.
