- Soak the Kidney bean for 30min and pressure cook it for 30 mins.
- In a pan add oil and jeera. Then add onion, green chilli and Ginger garlic paste. Stir it.
- Add cut tomato and puree. Cook it for 15 mins.
- Start adding the spices one by one. Add the cooked Rajma and salt. Mix it. Allow it to cook for another 5 - 10mins.
- Once its done add the crushed Kasoori methi. Close the lid and cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish it with coriander leaf.
- Serve it with hot chapathi.
