- Grind the coconut, Chilli, roasted chana dhal, tamarind paste, coriander leaf and salt.
- Add water while grinding depending on the cosistency.
- In a hot pan add oil, then mustard seed. Allow it to splutter.
- Add Split dhal and curry leaf. Stir it.
- Pour in on the Chutney and mix it.
- Serve it with Idly or dosa.
