- Cut the veggies in to lengthwise.
- Cook the noodles as per packing instructions and keep aside.
- Take a kadai/wok add oil to it ,when hot add garlic to it
- Now add the onions and veggis one by one.
- Please see veggies should not be overcooked,it should retain their crunchness
- Now add sugar and soy sauce, chilli sauce and saute for seconds
- Add the boiled noodles to it and mix it properly
- Now add salt and pepper to it.
Note:
Generally peas and corn are not added but if u need you can add.
