Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:
Noodles packet
1
Capsicum red/green
½
Carrot sliced
1
Onion sliced
1 medium
Cabbage sliced
1cup
Garlic
2 chopped
Soy sauce
2tsp
Chilli sauce
3tsp
Salt
As per taste
Pepper powder
½ tsp
Sugar`
Pinch
Oil
3 tsp






Method:

  • Cut the veggies in to lengthwise.
  • Cook the noodles as per packing instructions and keep aside.
  • Take a kadai/wok add oil to it ,when hot add garlic  to it
  • Now add the onions and veggis one by one.
  • Please see veggies should not be overcooked,it should retain their crunchness
  • Now add sugar  and soy sauce, chilli sauce and saute for seconds
  • Add the boiled noodles to it  and mix it properly
  • Now add salt and pepper to it.



Note:
Generally peas and corn are not added but if u need you can add.
