Ingredients:
Tomato

Method:
- Cut the tomato in to small cubes.
- In a tawa add the oil and heat it. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Once it’s done add the curry leaf, green chili and asefotida. Stir it.
- Then add the cut tomato, red chili and salt. Mix it. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Once a while stir so that it’s not burnt.
- Serve it hot with the chapathi’s
