Tomato Gostu



Ingredients:
Tomato
4 (Large)
Green chilli
1
Curry leaf
4
Mustard
¼ Tsp
Red chili powder
1 Tsp
Oil
1 Tsp
Salt
As Needed
Asefotida
¼ Tsp





Method:
  • Cut the tomato in to small cubes.
  • In a tawa add the oil and heat it. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Once it’s done add the curry leaf, green chili and asefotida. Stir it.
  • Then add the cut tomato, red chili and salt. Mix it. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 mins.
  • Once a while stir so that it’s not burnt.
  • Serve it hot with the chapathi’s



Serves- 2
This is a simple and quick receipe.
