Ingredients:

Method:
- In a pan add about 1 tsp of oil. Once it’s hot add the channa dhal, Split Urad dhal, Whole red chilli and hint. Stir it for 2 mins in a medium low flame. Fry it till its golden brown and grind it to a fine powder. (Dhal powder)
- Rough chop the onion and tomato.
- In a frying pan add oil and onion. Fry the onion until its golden brown.
- Then add the tomato and fry it for 5 -7 mins.
- Then grind the fried mixture along with the salt coriander leaves and the ground dhal powder.
- Serves them with Idly or Dosa.
