Instant Mango pickle

Ingredients:


Raw Mango -1
Gingerly oil -1/2cup
Chilli powder -4tsp
Salt -2tsp
Mustard seeds -1tsp
Hing -1tsp








Method:

  • Cut the raw mango into pieces.
  • Transfer it into bowl ,add the chilli  powder,salt ,hing.mix it very well.
  • Now in a kadai  pour gingerly oil.
  • The oil should be  so hot ,add mustard seeds and swicth off the stove instantly.
  • Now add the oil to the mango mixture.(while adding we will get the ooosh sound)
  • Keep it for half an  hour,then it is ready to eat.
