Navarathan Korma
























Ingredients:
Vegetables(Cauliflower,potato,beans,carrot,green peas)
2 cups
Onion
¾ cup
Ginger & Garlic paste
1 Tsp
Cashews

Panner
7
Jeera
1 Tsp
Bay Leaf
2
Cinnamon stick & Cloves
1 Each
Coriander Powder
2 Tsp
Garam masala
1 Tsp
Heavy whipping cream
¼ Cup
Kasoori Methi(crushed)
1 Tsp
Oil , Salt, Red Chilli & Green chilli
As Needed

Method:
  • Cut the vegetables and boil them for 7-10 mins. Drain them and keep aside.
  • Cut the paneer in to small cubes and fry until its golden brown.
  • Fry the onion. Once it's done grind them along with cashew and green chilli in to a fine paste.
  • In a pan add oil. Once it’s hot add Jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and ginger garlic paste. Stir it for few seconds.
  • Then add the ground onion paste. Stir it for 5 – 7 mins.
  • Once its done add the coriander powder, red chilli and salt. Mix it.
  • Then add the boiled vegetables and paneer and mix it. Close the lid and allow it to cook for few mins.
  • Then add the garam masala and kasoori methi and mix it.
  • Once it’s done add the heavy whipping cream and mix it. Allow it to boil for 1 min.
  • Serve it with hot chapathi.
