Ingredients:
Vegetables(Cauliflower,potato,beans,carrot,green peas)

Method:
- Cut the vegetables and boil them for 7-10 mins. Drain them and keep aside.
- Cut the paneer in to small cubes and fry until its golden brown.
- Fry the onion. Once it's done grind them along with cashew and green chilli in to a fine paste.
- In a pan add oil. Once it’s hot add Jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and ginger garlic paste. Stir it for few seconds.
- Then add the ground onion paste. Stir it for 5 – 7 mins.
- Once its done add the coriander powder, red chilli and salt. Mix it.
- Then add the boiled vegetables and paneer and mix it. Close the lid and allow it to cook for few mins.
- Then add the garam masala and kasoori methi and mix it.
- Once it’s done add the heavy whipping cream and mix it. Allow it to boil for 1 min.
- Serve it with hot chapathi.
