Method:
- Cut lady's finger into 2" inch pieces.
- In a pan add a tsp of oil add coconut ,sambhar powder and curry leaves.
- Fry coconut till it becomes golden brown.
- Now the coconut with tamrind juce and make it to a fine paste.
- Again in a kadai pour rest of oil ad mustard seeds.
- When it pops add garlic and onion saute very well and now add lady,s finger and fry well.
- Add the grind paste to it and salt .
- Bring it to boil very well.
