THEEYAL/LADY'S FINGER THEEYAL

Ingredients:
Coconut
4tbl
Sambhar pwdr
2tsp
Curry leaves
10
Tamrind juice
½ cup
Mustard leaves
1/2tsp
Garlic
2 cloves
Small onion

Salt
As per
Taste

Method:
  • Cut lady's finger into 2" inch pieces.
  • In a pan add  a tsp of oil  add  coconut ,sambhar powder and curry leaves.
  • Fry coconut till it becomes golden brown.
  • Now the coconut with tamrind juce and make it to a fine paste.
  • Again in a kadai pour rest of oil ad mustard seeds.
  • When it pops add garlic  and onion saute very well and now add lady,s finger and fry well.
  • Add the grind paste to it and salt .
  • Bring it to boil very well.




Serve -3


this taste good after 2 days also. u can store for 10 days.
