Ingredients:
Green Peas

Garam Masala

Method:
- Pressure cook the green peas for 15 mins.
- Finely chop the onion and tomato.
- In a pan add Oil and heat it. Add the cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and garlic paste. Stir it.
- Add the onion and fry it till its golden brown.
- Then start adding the coriander powder, chilli powder,salt, amchur powder and garam masala. Stir it.
- Add the tomato and stir it. Close the lid and cook it for 5 mins.
- Once it’s done add the cooked peas. Mix it. Cook it for 10 mins.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
