Peas Masala


Ingredients:
Green Peas
2 Cup
Onion
½
Tomato
4
Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick
1 Each
Garlic  paste
1 Tsp
Coriander powder
1 Tbs
Garam Masala
1 Tsp
Chilli powder
2 Tsp
Amchur Powder
¼ Tsp
Salt
As Needed
Oil
2 Tbs
Cumin Seeds
 1Tsp

Method:
  • Pressure cook the green peas for 15 mins.
  • Finely chop the onion and tomato.
  • In a pan add Oil and heat it. Add the cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and garlic paste. Stir it.
  • Add the onion and fry it till its golden brown.
  • Then start adding the coriander powder, chilli powder,salt, amchur powder and garam masala. Stir it.
  • Add the tomato and stir it.  Close the lid and cook it for 5 mins.
  • Once it’s done add the cooked peas. Mix it. Cook it for 10 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
