Ingredients:
Ladies Finger

Tamarind Juice

Sambar Powder

Method:
- Cut the ladies finger in to small pieces.
- In a pan add some amount of oil and fry the ladies finger for few mins. Keep aside.
- In another pan add oil. Once it’s hot add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Then add the fenugreek seeds, curry leaf, whole red chilli, asefotida. Stir it.
- Then add the tamarind juice, fried ladies finger, sambar powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix it.
- Allow it to boil till it’s half the quantity. Check out for the seasoning. Add if necessary.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Note:
You can add any kind of veggies like onion,
brinjal,tomato..
