Ingredients:
Poha (thick)

Method:
- Soak the poha in the water for 2 mins and dry it using a paper towel. Keep aside.
- In a pan add oil. Once it’s hot add jeera, channa dhal, green chilli, red chilli, asafetida, curry leaf and stir it.
- Then add onion and fry it. Add the tomato and fry it till it cooks.
- Add the turmeric powder and salt. Then add the poha and mix it well. Stir it for 2 mins. Then add the lemon juice and mix it.
- Garnish it with coriander and carrots. Serve hot.
