Spicy butter milk is been severed in Indian restaurant after a heavy meal.
Ingredients:
Butter Milk

4 Cups
|
Ginger Paste
|
1 Tsp
|
Green Chilli
|

|
Cumin Seeds
|
½ Tsp
|
Mint
|
4 Leaves
|
Coriander leaves
|
Few
|
Asafetida
|
Pinch
|
Salt
|
As Needed
|
Method:
- Finely chop the green chilli, coriander leaves, mint and ginger. Then blend/grind all the ingredients except butter milk.
- Then add the butter milk and blend it.
- Transfer them to the glass.
Serves: 4
