Spicy Buttermilk


Spicy butter milk is been severed in Indian restaurant after a heavy meal.



Ingredients:
Butter Milk
4 Cups
Ginger Paste
1 Tsp
Green Chilli
3
Cumin Seeds
½  Tsp
Mint
4 Leaves
Coriander leaves
Few
Asafetida
Pinch
Salt
As Needed

Method:

  • Finely chop the green chilli, coriander leaves, mint and ginger. Then blend/grind all the ingredients except butter milk.
  • Then add the butter milk and blend it.
  • Transfer them to the glass. 


Serves: 4
