ANDHRA SPECIAL PESARATTU


This dish is famous in andhra, it is usually called as pesarattu and  MLA uppma.MLA uppma is nothing other than rava uppma. uppma is kept inside the pesaruttu  and servred with hot chutney. Here i posted the receipe for pesarattu.




INGRIDENTS:

Green gram
1cup
Ginger
1 piece
Green chilli
5
Rice flour
1 tbl
salt




Method:
Soak the green gram for atleast 6 hrs , you can add the ginger(skin peeled)  and green chillis(whole) along with the green gram and soak it.
After 6 hrs drain the water transfer the gram ,ginger, g.chillis and grind it  to fine batter by adding water.
When done add the rice flour and salt and mix it properly or you can grind it in mixer .
The batter is ready , heat the dosa gridle  sprinkle oil and spread the batter(as you make dosa),
Flip it to another side when one side becomes golden.
Pesarattu is ready to serve.
You can have it with chutney of your taste.
Note:
You can add onions to it.you can add onions to the batter or after  the batter  spreading it to the tawa.
