TAWA PULAO




Ingridents:

Basmati  Rice
1 cup
Potato
2
Carrot
2
Beans
10-12
Cauliflower
 ½ cup
Peas
1 cup
Corn
1 cup
Turmeric powder
1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala
2-3tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Salt
As per taste
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Onion
1 (medium)
Tomato
2
Lime   piece
1
Coriander leaves
For garnishing
Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp
Jeera
1tsp
Cinnamon
1tsp
Oil
3-4 tbl



Method:
Cut the veggie in length wise.
Soak the basmati rice for 20 mins and cook it seperaetely. If in pressure cooker add ¾ cup of water for 1 cup of rice and for rice cooker add 2 cup of water for 1 cup of rice.
Now  keep the cooked rice in a plate  and cool it.
Now in a pan add oil  ,when hot add jeera,cinnamon and now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it ,
Now add onions and sauté for 2 mins, now add chopped tomatoes and sauté well till it becomes smashy,
Now add the veggie  to the tawa and add turmeric powder,coriander powder  ,chilli power and  mix well.
Keep it in medium flame and  cook well , after 5  mins add 2 tsp of pav bhaji masala powder and mix well and cook it  again.

Check whether potatoes are cooked , not overcooked.then turn off the stove.
Add  coriander leaves  . now add the rice and mix it with  cooked  veggies. You can  squeeze lemon juice if needed.
Serve with raitha.
