Ingredients:
Rice Flour

1 ½ Cup

Water
|
1 ¾ Cup
|
Oil
|
2-3 Tsp
|
Salt
|
To taste

Method:
- Boil the water and add salt, oil to it.
- Turn off the burner and add the rice flour to it. Mix it thoroughly while it’s hot. And keep aside the dough.
- Then grease the idly plates and idiyappam maker with oil.
- Now take a portion of dough and place it in the idiyappam maker, close the lid and hand press the dough in to swirls on to the idly plates.
- Steam it for 15 mins. Idiyappam is ready. Serve hot with Stew, coconut milk or kurma.
