Carrot - 1
Beans - 7- 10
Onion - 1(medium)
Cabbage - 1 cup shredded
Capsicum - 1cup ( Colors of your choice)
Spring onions (for garnish)
Garlic -chopped (optional)
Soy sauce - 2tsp
Pepper & salt as per taste
Basmati Rice- 1 1/2 cup
Olive Oil - 1tbs
Method:
- Soak the basmati rice for 30 min and cook with 2 cups of water.cool the rice sothat he rice should be separate.
- Now take a kadai with oil add finely chopped onions. Saute it till transulant.
- Now add finely chopped vegetables and saute it. (Make sure veggies are not over cooked)
- Now add salt and pepper as per taste.
- Add rice it along with soy sauce and mix it well.
- cook it for few seconds.
- Now garnish with spring onions ans serve hot.
This receipe serves 2-3.
