BRUSCHETHA

Ingredients:
French baguatte/intalian bread------1(available in stores)
garlic-----2-3 cloves
olive oil---2tsp

For Topping:-
Ripe Tomato-----3
basil leaves(dry/fresh)---1tsp/little
garlic----2
salt----asper taste
pepper---as per taste
Mozzarella cheese---1 1/2 pounds


Method:
 Preheat the oven in 375F



  • In a bowl add tomatoes, basil ,olive oil ,2 cloves of garlic and blend into a chunky  paste . Season it with pepper and salt.
  • In a separate bowl add garlic ,olive oil season this with salt and pepper for the bread.
  • Cut the bread into slices
  • Now take a baking sheet  line up the bread/banguate slices.
  • Toast it in the oven for 3 min or untill brown
  • Now rub the garlic mixture on the toasted side of the bread  and place some cheese
  • on top. 
  • Bake the bread again in the oven for 45-50sec(cheese should melt lightly)
  • Remove the bread from oven and spread a tsp of tomato mixture on each bread before serving.


This is best appetizers for party.
