All purpose flour---- 3cups
rapid rise yeast---1 1/2 pk
sugar---1tspluke warm water---1 1/4 cup
garlic pwdr---2tsp
salt----11/2 tsp
oil---3-4 tbl
Pizza sauce
tomato paste---1 can(regular)
tomato puree---1 cqn(regula)
oregano---2tsp
rosemary---2tsp
garlic---4 cloves minced
pepper--1/2 tsp crushed
salt ---as per taste
I use assorted cheese pk for pizza available in the market.this gives more flavour.
u can use mozeralla.
- First take luke warm water add 1 tsp of sugar and rapid rise yeast,mix it well and keep aside for sometime(20mins)
- Now take all purpose flour add salt ,garlic powder ,add 3 tbl of oil mix well,now add the yeast water to the flour and make it to a dough. The dough may feel too sticky add a tsp of oil .
- Now grease another bowl with oil and transfer the dough to that bowl and cover it and leave for 30 mins
- After 30 mins take the dough(the dough would have raisedle) knead the dough again and rest it for 15 mins.
- In a pan take tomato puree,tomato paste add oregano,basil leaves(dry),rosemary,garlic along with salt and little pepper. bring this to boil (for 4-5 mins)
- Grind it smoothly in the blender.
- Preheat the oven in 455F
- Now in the pizza stone spread the dough very thinly(take 1/2 of th dough for 1 pizza) spread the tomato sauce over the dough evenly,now arrange the veggies as per your choice.( you can spread some cheese before adding veggies and spread the cheese throughly .
- Bake the pizza for 10-20 mins until the cheese melts.
