If Channa masala is not available you can mix 1 tsp of each
Coriander powder , garam masala and cumin powder.

Method:
- Soak the channa for 7 hrs and pressure cook for 20mins. Keep aside.
- Finely chop the onion, tomato and green chilli.
- In a hot pan add oil, jeera , bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick and ginger garlic paste one by one.Stir it.
- Add the green chilli ,onion and fry it till its golden brown.
- Start adding the dry ingredients one by one.
- Then add tomato and fry it till its cooked.
- Once its done add the cooked channa and mix it. Add water to your consistency.
- Finally add the lime juice.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
