Method:
- Soak the basmathi rice for 20 min. Keep aside.
- In a pan add oil. Then start adding jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon stick one by one.
- Add the onion and fry it for 5 mins.
- Start adding the vegetables one by one. Stir it for 2 mins.
- Transfer the rice and the gravy to the electric cooker. Cook it.
- Finally garnish with Fried cashew and cilantro.
Serves - 2
