Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients:


Onion
1/2
Carrot
2
Beans
3
Potato
1/2
Green Peas
1 cup
Sweet corn
1/4 cup
Green chilli
5
Jeera
1 Tsp
Bay Leaf
2
Cinnamon stick
1
Cashew
5
Basmathi Rice
1 1/2 cup
Oil
2 Tbs




Method:
  • Soak the basmathi rice for 20 min. Keep aside.
  • In a pan add oil. Then start adding jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon stick one by one.
  • Add the onion and fry it for 5 mins.
  • Start adding the vegetables one by one. Stir it for 2 mins.
  • Transfer the rice and the gravy to the electric cooker. Cook it.
  • Finally garnish with Fried cashew and cilantro.



Serves - 2


You can fried paneer at the end.
