Moore Kuzhambu

Ingredients:
Coconut
¼ cup
Whole red chilli
4
Toor Dhal
1Tsp
Jeera
2 Tsp
Curd
¾ cup
Sour Cream
2 Tbs
Turmeric
¼ Tsp
Mustard
½ Tsp
Curry Leaf
5 Leaves
Tomato
½
Ladies Finger

Oil
1Tbs

Method:
  • Cut the Ladies finger and tomato in to small pieces.
  • In a pan add oil and fry the Ladies Finger then the Tomato seperatly till it cooks.Keep aside.
  • Then grind coconut, red chilli,jeera, and toor dhal to a fine paste.
  • In a bowl mix the coconut paste, curd, sour cream , turmeric, fried ladies finger and tomato.
  • In a pan add the oil and then the mustard. Allow it to splutter. 
  • Then add the curry leaves and the mixture.
  • Switch of the flame once its starts boiling. 
  • Serve hot with the rice.
