- Cut the Ladies finger and tomato in to small pieces.
- In a pan add oil and fry the Ladies Finger then the Tomato seperatly till it cooks.Keep aside.
- Then grind coconut, red chilli,jeera, and toor dhal to a fine paste.
- In a bowl mix the coconut paste, curd, sour cream , turmeric, fried ladies finger and tomato.
- In a pan add the oil and then the mustard. Allow it to splutter.
- Then add the curry leaves and the mixture.
- Switch of the flame once its starts boiling.
- Serve hot with the rice.
