Paneer

Corn Flour

All Purpose Flour(Maida)

¼ cup

Ginger & Garlic paste

1 Tsp

Chilli Powder

2 Tsp

Salt

As Taste

Oil

For Deep Frying
|
- Cut the paneer in to cubes. Keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients with ginger garlic paste.
- Add some water to the mixture to a thick paste.
- Dip the paneer cubes in the batter.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan. Then put the paneer pieces.
- Fry them till they become golden brown.
- Serve the fried paneer with green chutney or ketchup.
Serves - 2
Serve them hot.
