Method:
- Grind the onion, tomato, red chilli. Make it a fine paste.
- In a hot pan add oil then mustard. Allow it to splutter.
- Add the split dhal, asefotida and curry leaf.
- Once its done add the onion tomato paste.
- Add the salt and cover it with the lid.
- Once its done serve with idly or dosa.(make sure the paste has no raw smell)
