Method
- In a kadai pour 1tsp of oil add mustard seeds followed with urad dal , red chillis ,curry leaves
- Fry for 2 mins keep aside. again add oil in a pan fry garlic till golden color and keep seperaely.
- In a pan add some little more oil fry tomato(don't chop,fry whole )till the skin peels out and cooked fully.
- Now in a mixer first grind redchillis fllowed by garlic and last tomato then add salt as per taste.
- You can serve as it or add tadka to it and serve.
