Method :
- Cut the mango in cubes with skin.
- Now in a pan add oil add mustard seeds when splutters
- Add urad dal to it and red chillis .
- When they becomes red add curry leaves to it and mango
- Saute for 2 mins and add turmeric powder to it
- Now add water , till mango is soaked (not so much) .
- Slit the green chillis and add to mango along with salt
- Boil till mangos are cooked .
Serves - 2
Urad dal gives the crunch taste along with mango ,u can add whole or broken dal.
this can store for 2 day also.
