Mango Paruppu/Maangai paruppu

Ingredients:
Raw Mango
1(medium)
Urad dal
2tbl
Mustard seeds
1tsp
Red chilli
2
Green chili
4-5
Curryleaves
7
Turmeric pwdr
1tsp
Salt
oil
As per taste
1tbl




















Method :
  • Cut the mango in cubes with skin.
  • Now in a pan add oil add mustard seeds when splutters
  • Add urad dal to it  and red chillis  .
  • When they becomes red add curry leaves to it and mango
  • Saute for 2 mins  and add turmeric powder to it
  • Now add water , till mango  is soaked (not so much)  .
  • Slit the green chillis and add to mango along with salt
  • Boil till mangos are cooked .



Serves - 2

Urad dal gives the crunch taste along with mango ,u can add whole or broken dal.
this can store for 2 day also.
