Milaghu Kuznambhu Powder/podi

                                           Ingredients:


Toor Dhal
4 Tbs
Whole Red Chilli
6-8
Pepper Corns
4
Curry Leaves
4








Method:

  • In a kadai dry roast  the toordal, red chilli and peppercorns and finally add curry leaves and fry . 
  • Cool it and grind it to a fine powder.



store it in a air tight container.add it for milaghu kuzhambhu instead of paste.
