Method
- First in a kadai add 1tsp of oil fry toordal ,redchillis,peppercorn and curryleaves
- cool it and grind it in to a smooth paste.
- Now again in a kadai with a tsp of oil add mustard seeds when splutters add tamind juice to it. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Let it boil for 8-10 mins.
- Then add the grind paste to it and stir continuously in a low
- flame.
- If needed you can add little jaggery to it .
