Milagu kuzhambhu

Ingredients:

Toor Dhal
2 Tbs
Whole Red Chilli
5
Pepper Corn
5
Curry Leaves
5
Tamarind Juice
½ cup
Mustard
1 Tsp
Jaggery
Pinch(optional)
Tumeric Powder
½ Tsp
Salt
As Needed
Oil
2 Tsp


Method

  • First in a kadai add  1tsp of oil fry toordal ,redchillis,peppercorn and curryleaves
  • cool it and grind it in to a smooth paste.
  • Now again in a kadai with a tsp of oil add mustard seeds when splutters add tamind juice to it. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Let it boil for 8-10 mins.
  • Then add the grind paste to it and stir continuously in a low
  • flame. 
  • If needed you can add little jaggery to it .



You can keep this for a week , best medicene for stomach problems.


Note: you can make the powder with above ingridients(first 4) and store it in a air tight container.
