Method :
- Wash the potato and cut in to cubes. Pressure cook it for 10 mins.
- Peel of the skin and mash it. Keep aside.
- In a pan, add oil, mustard seed and allow it to splutter. start adding channa dhal, split dhal, curry leaf and green chilli. Stir it.
- Add the onion and fry it for 10 mins.
- Then add the tomato and salt. Mix it.
- Add the mashed potato and mix it. Add water depending upon the consistency.
- Allow it to boil for 10 mins.
- Garnish it with cilantro. Serve it Poori.
