Potato Masala (Poori masal)

Ingredients:
Onion
1/2
Potato
2
Tomato
1
Channa dhal
1 Tbs
Split Dhal
1 Tbs
Green chilli
5
Mustard seeds
1 Tsp
Curry leaf 

Salt
As Taste




Method :
  • Wash the potato and cut in to cubes. Pressure cook it for 10 mins.
  • Peel of the skin and mash it. Keep aside.
  • In a pan, add oil, mustard seed and allow it to splutter. start adding channa dhal, split dhal, curry leaf and green chilli. Stir it.
  • Add the onion and fry it for 10 mins.
  • Then add the tomato and salt. Mix it.
  • Add the mashed potato and mix it. Add water depending upon the consistency.
  • Allow it to boil for 10 mins. 
  • Garnish it with cilantro. Serve it Poori.
