Chilli parotta

INGREDIENTS:
Parotta
1 pk
Onion
2
Tomato
3
Green chilli
3
Chilli powder
1tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Coriander powder
 1/4tsp
Ginger garlic paste
1tsp
Salt
As per taste
Oil
2 tbl
Coriander leaves
For garnish
Curry leaves
5
Mustard seeds
1 tsp



Method:

  • Traw  the parotta as per packet  instructions. Toast them  in a dosa tawa.
  • Cut them in to small pieces .
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes into pieces
  • Now take oil in a pan  add mustard seeds to it when splutters  add green chillis, curry leaves
  • Now add onion  sauté till transperant  ,  add  ginger garlic  paste to it
  • Now add tomatoes to it , add turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala.
  • Sauté till tomatoes are till smashy .
  • Boil for 3mins ,now add the parotta pieces to it  and mix it very well.
  • Garnish it with corrinder leaves.


Serves-4
Note:
If you want to add egg ,beat and add before adding parotta.
