Method:
- Traw the parotta as per packet instructions. Toast them in a dosa tawa.
- Cut them in to small pieces .
- Chop the onions and tomatoes into pieces
- Now take oil in a pan add mustard seeds to it when splutters add green chillis, curry leaves
- Now add onion sauté till transperant , add ginger garlic paste to it
- Now add tomatoes to it , add turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala.
- Sauté till tomatoes are till smashy .
- Boil for 3mins ,now add the parotta pieces to it and mix it very well.
- Garnish it with corrinder leaves.
Serves-4
Note:
If you want to add egg ,beat and add before adding parotta.
