Samosa Channa Chat

INGREDIENTS:
White peas
1 cup
Roasted  cumin powder
1tsp
ginger
little
Turmeric powder
1/2tsp
Chaat masala/lemon juice
1tsp
Onion
1
Tomato
2
Salt
As per taste
Coriander leaves
Garnishing
Green chili

Tamrind pulp
1tsp
Oil/butter
1tsp
Samosa

Method:

  • Soak the white peas  overnight.
  • Now in a pressure cooker take the soaked peas ,salt,turmeric powder,ginger.
  • Pressure cook  till the peas are soft.
  • Once done remove from the cooker and add  roasted cumin powder and chaat masala,tamrind pulp  and keep aside.
  • Now in a pan add  little oil/butter  add finely chopped onion ,tomato  add pinch of salt ,and mixed
  • Peas to it and sauté well .
  • Now add crushed samosa, mix it very well and sauté  for a min.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.


Serves-4
Note:
Roast the cumin seeds and gind it to a powder.
Crush the samosas befofe adding.
