White peas

Method:
- Soak the white peas overnight.
- Now in a pressure cooker take the soaked peas ,salt,turmeric powder,ginger.
- Pressure cook till the peas are soft.
- Once done remove from the cooker and add roasted cumin powder and chaat masala,tamrind pulp and keep aside.
- Now in a pan add little oil/butter add finely chopped onion ,tomato add pinch of salt ,and mixed
- Peas to it and sauté well .
- Now add crushed samosa, mix it very well and sauté for a min.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
Serves-4
Note:
Roast the cumin seeds and gind it to a powder.
Crush the samosas befofe adding.
