Ingredients:
Whole Urad
Dhal |
1 Cup |
Green
Chilli |

Coconut flakes |

Method:
- Soak the dhal for 3 hours. Grind them along with 3 green chilli. Add water little by little while grinding.
- Finely cut the remaining green chilli and curry leaves.
- Then transfer it to a bowl. Add salt, green chilli, curry leaves, pepper, rice flour and coconut flakes. Mix it well.
- In a pan add the oil and keep it in the medium flame.
- Once the oil is hot take the small quantity of bonda mixture, make them in to small ball and deep fry it. Fry them till its golden brown.
- Serve them hot with chutney.
Serves – 10 Bondas.
