CORN BHARTA

This is the easy dish  to prepare. My son loves corn so I make this often. Goes well with parathas.
Ingredients:
Corn
1 cup
Cumin seeds
1tsp
Juicy riped redTomato
2
Green chillis
2
Chilli powder
1tsp
Garam masala powder
1 tsp
Garlic
2
Tomato pulp
1 cup
Turmeric powder
1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder
1tsp
Oil
2 tbl
Salt
As per taste

Method:
  • Microwave the  corn for 8 mins with little salt.
  • Boil the tomatoes , peel the skin   and grind it with  green chillis and garlic.
  • Take a pan with oil, add cumin seeds when splutters add the grinded tomato paste  
  • Add the chilli powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder and bring it to boil .
  • Boil till oil seperates. Then add the tomato pulp(store bought) and dilute with water.
  • Bring it to boil ,till the gravy thicks.
  • Now add the corn and boil it  again.
 
 
Note:
  • You can add butter ,it gives good aroma.
  • If you don’t want so much tangy you can skip store bought tomato pulp,instead add another tomato.
  • You can add dry methi leaves at last.
  • I usually don’t add onions  , if u want You  can sauté onions after adding cumin seeds.
