Method:
- Cut potatoes in to cubes and microwave it with little salt for 10 mins
- Make a fine paste of items in to grind list.
- Now take a pan add oil ,add jeera ,clove,elachi,cinnamon when it splutters add onion to it.
- Fry onion till transperant add ginger garlic paste to it.
- After 2 mins add tomatoes and sauté till the tomatoes became smashy.
- Now add salt,coriander powder,garam masala and add the grinded masala to it .
- Add water if needed. Bring it to boil for 5 mins or till raw smell goes.
- After few mins add potatoes and peas and boil it 5 mins
- Garnish it with corrinder leaves.
Note:
If you are using dry peas ,then soak it for 8 hrs and pressure cook it with little salt seperately before addingto kurma.
