Ingredients:
Paneer Cubes

Method:
- Finely chop the tomatoes. Chop the capsicum and green chilli to a thin slice.
- Heat the oil in a medium flame and fry the paneer cubes. Don’t allow it to change the colour.
- In a pan add oil and jeera, ginger garlic paste, asafetida and green chilli and stir it for a min.
- Then add the tomatoes and fry until it leaves the raw flavor.
- Meanwhile dry fry the coriander seeds and whole red chilli. Grind it to a course.
- Once the tomatoes are done add the ground powder and mix it.
- Then add the capsicum and stir it. After 2 mins add the salt, garam masala and kasoori methi. Mix it.
- Then add the fried paneer cubes and stir it for 3-4 mins. Then garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve them with hot Chapathi or Naan.
Serves-4
Note:
If you want spicy then
you can add red chilli powder.
