Ingredients:

Gram Flour
/ Besan |

Red chili

Ginger
& Garlic Paste |

Curry Leaf(Chopped) |

Method:
- In a Big bowl add all the ingredients together and mix it.
- Then slowly sprinkle water and mix it. Don’t add too much of water.
- Heat the oil. Keep in medium flame.
- Once it’s hot add the mixture to small pakodas. Fry it till it’s golden brown.
- Take it out and put them in the paper towel to take out the excess oil.
- Serve hot.
Serves - 4
Note:
You can even add finely chopped cabbage to it.
