Onion Pakoda


Ingredients:

Gram Flour / Besan
1 Cup
Rice flour
½ Cup
Red chili Powder
1 Tsp
Onion (finely Chopped)
½ (Medium)
Green Chilli(Chopped)
3-5
Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Tsp
Cashew
5
Curry Leaf(Chopped)
5
Salt
As Needed
Oil
For Deep Frying

Method:

  • In a Big bowl add all the ingredients together and mix it.
  • Then slowly sprinkle water and mix it.  Don’t add too much of water.
  • Heat the oil. Keep in medium flame.
  • Once it’s hot add the mixture to small pakodas. Fry it till it’s golden brown.
  • Take it out and put them in the paper towel to take out the excess oil.
  • Serve hot.



Serves - 4

Note:

You can even add finely chopped cabbage to it.
