Ingredients:

Method:
- Cook the spinash and grind it along with the green chilli to a fine paste.
- Heat the pan and add oil, cumin seeds, whole red chilli, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, ginger and give them a stir.
- Add the chopped onion and salt. Fry it until it turns golden brown. Then add the coriander powder and chilli powder. Stir it for few seconds.
- Once it’s done add the tomato puree and mix it. Close the lid and allow it to cook. Give a stir once a while.
- Then add the Spinash paste and stir it for 5-10 mins.
- Meanwhile deep fry the paneer cubes.
- Once the gravy is done add the paneer cubes, milk/heavy cream and mix them all together. Let it be in flame for 5 mins. Then transfer them to the serving bowl.
