Vegetable Puff


Ingredients:
Puff Pastry
1 Sheet
Onion
¼ Cup
Potato
1 Medium
Spinash
½ Cup
Green Peas
3 Tbs
Green Chilli
2
Coriander Powder
2 Tsp
Garam masala
½ Tsp
Chilli Powder
½ Tsp
Salt
As Needed
Oil
1 Tbs
Jeera
½ Tsp
Asafetida
Pinch

Method:
Pre- heat the oven at 400°

  • Microwave the potato and peas separately.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked peel off the skin and mash it. Keep aside.
  • Finely chop all the vegetables.
  • In a pan add some oil. Once it’s hot add the jeera and asafetida. Stir it.
  • Then add the onion and green chilli. Stir it.
  • Once the onion slightly changes it’s colour add the spinash. Stir it for few mins.
  • Then add the potato, peas, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. Mix it and take out of the flame.
  • Then fill the gravy in the puff pastry sheet.  Apply water in all the sides of the sheet and seal it. Prick it using a fork at the corners.
  • Place them in the baking sheet. Bake them for 20 -25 mins until it’s golden.
