Ingredients:

Method:
Pre- heat the oven at 400°
- Microwave the potato and peas separately.
- Once the potatoes are cooked peel off the skin and mash it. Keep aside.
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- In a pan add some oil. Once it’s hot add the jeera and asafetida. Stir it.
- Then add the onion and green chilli. Stir it.
- Once the onion slightly changes it’s colour add the spinash. Stir it for few mins.
- Then add the potato, peas, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. Mix it and take out of the flame.
- Then fill the gravy in the puff pastry sheet. Apply water in all the sides of the sheet and seal it. Prick it using a fork at the corners.
- Place them in the baking sheet. Bake them for 20 -25 mins until it’s golden.
