Ingredients:
Coconut

1 Cup

Sugar
|
½ Cup
|
Condensed milk
|
2 Tbs
|
Ghee
|
1 Tsp
|
Cardamom
|
1 Crushed
|
Cashew & Badam
|
3 each
|
Method:
- Grind the cashew and badam.
- Heat a pan and add grated coconut. Fry it for 1 or 2 mins. Don’t allow it to change the colour.
- Then add the sugar, condensed milk, cashew badam powder and cardamom. Keep stirring it.
- Meanwhile grease another pan with ghee.
- Stir until the mixture clumps together. The mixture becomes very thick and comes away easily from the sides of the pan. This is the indication that the burfi is ready.
- Pour mixture to the greased pan. Allow it to set. Then cut them in to small pieces.
Serve- 10 pieces.
Note:
Don’t burn or allow changing
the colour of the coconut.
