FENUGREEK DOSA/VENDEYAM DOSA

INGRIDENTS

Raw rice
1cup
Boiled rice
1cup
Urad dal
¼ cup
Fenugreek seeds
2 tbls
Salt
As per taste




Method:
Soak the both rice along with urad dal  and fenugreek seeds for  5 hours
Now  drain the water and grind it to a fine  batter by  adding water and salt
The batter should be as like dosa batter.(not need to be ferment, after grinding rest for 1-2 hrs and use )
Heat up the dosa tawa  sprinkle little oil and the spread the batter, flip to other side when it became golden color.
Fenugreek dosa is ready ,serve with  some spicy  chutney.puli milagai, tomato chutney is the best combination.
