VEGGIES IN RED&GARLIC SAUCE

Ingridents:
Veggis
1cup
Garlic
5-8
Ginger
1tsp
Soyasauce
1tsp
Tomato ketchup
2tbl
CORNFLOUR
1 TSP
Salt
As per taste
Pepper
1 tsp
Green chilli paste
1tsp
Spring onions
2
Oil
1-2 tbl
Tomato

Method
  • Cut  the veggies into ¼ inch(beans,carrot,broccoli,cabbage,celery,corn,beans,babycorn)
  • Cut the spring onions in to small pieces.
  • Chop the garlic and ginger very small pieces.
  • Take a wok add oil,when it becomes hot add ginger and garlic  followed with spring onions and veggies
  • Toss the veggies for 3-4 mins  sprinkle little salt and toss,add the green chilli paste.
  • Now add tomatoes (cut into cubes).
  • Now add soysauce and tomato ketchup and add 1 cup of water  and let the veggies to cook.
  • Add the salt and little pepper powder.
  • When you find the veggies are cooked ( not over cook),mix the  cornflour in water and add to gravy for thickness and boil  for a minute or two.
  • You can garnish with corriander/parsley if wanted.
  • Veggies in red&garlic  sauce is ready to serve.
Best with Vegetable Noodles.
Note:
You can add green chillis instead of paste.
You can add a pinch of sugar to enhance the taste.
