Method
- Cut the veggies into ¼ inch(beans,carrot,broccoli,cabbage,celery,corn,beans,babycorn)
- Cut the spring onions in to small pieces.
- Chop the garlic and ginger very small pieces.
- Take a wok add oil,when it becomes hot add ginger and garlic followed with spring onions and veggies
- Toss the veggies for 3-4 mins sprinkle little salt and toss,add the green chilli paste.
- Now add tomatoes (cut into cubes).
- Now add soysauce and tomato ketchup and add 1 cup of water and let the veggies to cook.
- Add the salt and little pepper powder.
- When you find the veggies are cooked ( not over cook),mix the cornflour in water and add to gravy for thickness and boil for a minute or two.
- You can garnish with corriander/parsley if wanted.
- Veggies in red&garlic sauce is ready to serve.
Best with Vegetable Noodles.
Note:
You can add green chillis instead of paste.
You can add a pinch of sugar to enhance the taste.
